1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Aces Uniforms online shop ( Aces Uniforms is a brand of Aces Workwear Ltd ) By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Customer” means any person who purchases goods from Aces Essentials Ltd’s online shop.
“Goods” means all goods offered for sale on Aces Uniforms online shop.
“Order” means any request to purchase goods from Aces Uniforms online shop.
“Website” means Aces Uniforms online shop, located at aces uniforms.com.
3. Order Acceptance and Processing
Orders will only be accepted and processed if they are complete and accurate. Aces Uniforms reserves the right to refuse to accept any order at its discretion.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed.
4. Payment
Payment for goods must be made in full at the time of ordering. Aces Uniforms accepts payment by all major credit and debit cards.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Territory
Goods will only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
5.2 Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.
5.3 Delivery Times
Aces Uniforms aims to deliver goods within 4-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the availability of goods.
6. Returns and Refunds
Goods can be returned for a Credit Note for full value of purchase within 14 days of purchase. To return goods, the customer must contact Aces Uniforms customer service team.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Return postage cost will be paid by buyer.
We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items /Uniforms that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask you to take your time when ordering your custom clothing/uniforms before submitting them for production. You are welcome to visit us to try the sizes so you order correct sizes.
We cannot exchange or refund printed Polo shirts , Sweatshirts or any other personalised Uniform.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 6 working hours after they have been placed. To cancel an order, the customer must contact Aces Uniforms customer service team.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aces Uniforms liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the purchase of goods from its online shop is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and the goods are owned by Aces Uniforms or its licensors.
10. Variation of Terms and Conditions
Aces Uniforms reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Aces Uniforms in relation to the purchase of goods from Aces Uniforms online shop.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
